PIZZA 
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast (or 1 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Marinara sauce
Grated mozzarella or muenster cheese

Mix water, yeast, honey, oil and salt; let stand 3-5 minutes. Add flour and baking powder; mix with wet or oily hands. Let rise. Roll out with hands on a baking sheet. Top with sauce, cheese or any topping desired.
