AUNT JUDY'S PUMPKIN TEA BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. pumpkin 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. golden raisins 1 c. chopped nuts Beat pumpkin, oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in Bundt pan or 2 loaves. |
