MEAT EMPANADAS 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

1 lb. hamburger
Garlic salt to taste
Veggies (if desired) peas, corn, etc. (cooked)

Mix dough. Knead, roll out like tortillas (several). Fill with meat filling on 1/2 circle. Fold dough over to cover, seal edges. (Meat is already cooked lightly as would veggies.) Deep fry golden brown. Serve warm.
