First Step: 1 large pkg. lemon jello 12 small marshmallows 4 bananas 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained) Make jello as usual according to the directions on the box. Mix jello, marshmallows, bananas, pineapple. Put mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Set up in refrigerator. Custard: 1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.) 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, and egg. Cook on low to medium heat until thickened. Let cool and add to Cool Whip. Top lemon jello mixture and return to refrigerator. |
