SAUTÉED SHAPES
 
Green Pepper, cut into chunks
Red Pepper, cut into strips
Yellow Pepper, cut up
Orange Pepper, cut up
Green Zucchini, thinly sliced in half circles
Yellow Summer Squash, thinly sliced in circles
small Onion, sliced and separated into rings
butter
Salt & Pepper to taste

Melt Butter in a large sauté pan or wok. Add veggies and stir fry until desired texture. Season with Salt and Pepper.
