1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cube butter, cut up
2 c. sugar
1 sm. Pet milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine last 3 ingredients in a deep pan. Bring to a foaming boil and cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over dry ingredients and beat until it starts to lose its gloss, about 3 to 5 minutes. Pour into 8 x 10 inch greased pan. Refrigerate.
