BARBECUED BEEF CHIPS 
1 lg. beef roast (4 lb.)
Bay leaves
1 c. beef juice (add water to make 1 c.)
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. A-1 sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce

Bake roast with bay leaves. After roast is baked, shred up. Put in kettle and add the rest of ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve on buns or open faced.
