OVEN STEW ITALIANO 
1 lb. hamburger
Bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 potatoes, diced
8 carrots in 1 inch lengths
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 or 4 bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. water

1. Meatballs, combine 1st 5 ingredients. Shape into balls. Brown and drain off grease. Put in Dutch oven.

2. Add other ingredients to meatballs. Mix and cover. Bake at 375 degrees 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes and carrots are well done. Serves 5 to 6.
