CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix sugar and cocoa until blended. Add milk and mix well. Heat over medium heat. Stir frequently; add vanilla flavor. Cook, stirring to keep from boiling over. Cook mixture until frosting becomes thick on a cooled spoon. For an additional kick, add 3 ounces Philly cream cheese before cooking.
