CHICKEN FRICASSE 
6 chicken pieces
1/2 c. oil (olive)
1 lg. onion
4 whole tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
3 sm. potatoes
Olives
1 lg. clove garlic
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. behol
2 chicken bouillon
Bay leaf
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Marinate chicken in lemon juice and garlic for 1 hour. Brown chicken in olive oil. Chop vegetables and add to chicken. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
