BEOREG 
1 pkg. filo dough
1 lb. Muenster cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped parsley
Spinach (opt.)

Mix the following ingredients: cheeses, egg, parsley and salt. Chop spinach; set aside.

TO ASSEMBLE: Use 9"x12" pan, brush bottom with light oil before layering. Layering of filo dough, individually layer the dough. Every 3 or 4 sheets sprinkle or brush a light oil (Crisco) about a teaspoon. Bottom layer should be 12 layers. Then put mixture into pan. If using spinach, put on top of cheese mixture. Then continue layering the filo dough, sprinkling or brushing with oil every 3rd or 4th sheet. Cut Beoreg before baking into desired size of pieces. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. You may need to cover with foil before done. Top layer should be browned. Be sure to bake the entire time.
