CHICKEN AND NOODLE GREEN SALAD 
12 oz. medium noodles
About 3 c. cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 c. each chopped fresh parsley and thinly sliced green onions
8 c. lightly packed torn greens
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. each dry mustard and crumbled rosemary leaves

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and cool. Add chicken. Mix together oil and lemon juice and seasonings. Stir into noodle - chicken mixture. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving add the parsley, green onions and greens. Mix lightly until well distributed. Serves 4 to 6.
