BLUEBERRY BUTTER 
8 c. fresh or frozen dry-pack blueberries
8 lg. green cooking apples, peeled and sliced
8 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground mace
1 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally; cook until mixture is thick. Spoon hot mixture into sterilized jars; seal and cool. Store in cool, dry place.
