INDIAN HOT CAKES 
1 c. hot milk
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. cooked grits
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Pour milk over cornmeal. Stir well. Cool a few minutes. Add grits. Stir well. Add flour, salt, oil, baking powder. Cook on hot griddle any size cakes desired.
