AMY'S APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling, chilled

In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, gradually, until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and chill about 3 hours until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.
