1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. cooked broccoli cuts
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium high heat until beef is brown; drain. Cook broccoli. Stir in salt and pepper to the beef and spread in pie plate.

Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Add drained broccoli to pie plate and pour egg mixture over it. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer. 4-6 servings.
