COCOA BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
2 3/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar, salt. Cut in shortening. Combine eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture, add nuts and raisins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 18 large muffins.
