FRENCH APPLE PIE (MICROWAVE) 
10 inch pie shell, cooked
5 c. apples
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine ingredients and put in shell.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Combine and put on top of pie. Cook 8-10 minutes on high in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
