3 lbs. chicken wings less tips MARINADE: 1 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. ginger 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. garlic Lots of times I just fold wings and use all of it. Mix well and pour over chicken wings. Marinate at least overnight in refrigerator. Shake off excess juice and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Double recipe for 20-25 people. |
