BLUEBERRY FREEZE | |
2 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen and partially thawed 1 c. low-fat lemon-flavor yogurt 2 tbsp. lemon juice About 1 tbsp. sugar 2 c. sm. ice cubes or crushed ice In a blender, whirl berries, yogurt, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon sugar until smoothly pureed. Add half the ice at a time, whirling after each addition, to make a fine, slushy texture. Add more sugar, if desired. Pour into tall glasses. Makes about 4 cups, 2 to 4 servings. |
