MEAT SAUCE FOR SPAGHETTI 
INGREDIENT GROUP #1:
1/4 c. olive or cooking oil
2 lbs. hamburger
Salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. spaghetti sauce
Seasoning

INGREDIENT GROUP #2:
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. chopped garlic (or 1 clove)

Cook Group #1 ingredients together until they lose red color, then add Group #2 ingredients and cook 5 minutes longer.

INGREDIENT GROUP #3:
1 (#2) can whole tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Add #3 to above meat mixture and cook 1/2 hour on low flame. Stir often so it won't stick. This can be frozen and used any time; whip up a salad; cook the spaghetti and heat your frozen meat sauce. Pour over spaghetti; add a dash of Parmesan cheese, if desired.
