SAUCEY CHICKEN 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Contadina pizza sauce

Pound chicken breasts with meat hammer to tenderize. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place in glass baking dish that has been sprayed with no-stick. Pour pizza sauce over. May be refrigerated at this point for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
