YEAST ROLLS (YIELDS 120 ROLLS) 
3/4 c. dry yeast
1/2 gal. warm water
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 lbs. plain flour
1/4 c. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. powdered milk

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt and oil. Work the cup of dry milk into half of the flour. Add to mixture. Add remaining flour. Roll, cut, place in greased pan. Let double in size.

Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
