BEER BREAD 
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix until blended, do not over blend. Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes. (Top of bread will be bumpy.) Delicious! Great toasted too!
