KEY LIME CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding 1 c. water 1 c. salad oil 4 eggs 1/2 tbsp. key lime juice Mix and beat well. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees in a well-greased and floured 9x13 inch pan or bundt pan. (I spray with Pam.) Prick cake with fork while warm about 10 minutes out of oven and glaze immediately. GLAZE: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/3 c. key lime juice Blend ingredients and glaze cake. |
