MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 chocolate bar (grated)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. INSTANT chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

Mix walnuts, butter and flour. Press into 9x13 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and let cool.

Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add the Cool Whip; mix and spread over crust.

Mix pudding and milk and spread on top. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle the grated chocolate bar on top. (Let pudding mixture set in refrigerator to firm up before adding the Cool Whip.)
