KEY LIME PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. heavy cream (whipped)
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. warm water
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
3/4 c. fresh lime juice
Zest of one lime
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine in a bowl gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm water with unsweetened condensed milk. Add zest of lime and lime juice. Mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream, vanilla and a touch of sugar. Add this mixture to graham cracker pie crust. Garnish top with razor-thin slices of lime or shaved chocolate or shredded coconut. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze. If frozen, serve partially thawed out.
