ARI'S PANCAKES OR WAFFLES 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
2 c. milk, 1 1/4 c. for waffles
1/2 c. oil

Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Beat milk, oil and yolks. Beat whites to stiff peaks. Combine yolks, milk and oil with dry ingredients until just blended; then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cook on greased griddle or frying pan. For waffles reduce milk to 1 1/4 cups.
