PEARLS 'N CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. Nestle cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. white chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes until edges lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes before removing.
