MING DYNASTY CASSEROLE 
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 sm. cans chow mein noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 soup can milk
2 c. diced celery
3 c. cooked chicken
1/2 lb. cashew nuts, cut up
1/2 minced onion
Dash of pepper

Set aside 1 cup noodles. Combine remaining ingredients. Top with reserved noodles. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
