CHICKEN LIVERS IN WINE 
1 med. sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 lb. chicken livers
3 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. red wine

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender and set aside. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic and coat chicken livers in mixture. Heat oil and fry until nearly done. Reduce heat. Add onions, mushrooms and wine. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
