MONKEY ROLLS 
4 cans biscuits (8 oz. size)
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Cut biscuits in fourths and shake a few at a time in a bag with 2/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Grease bundt pan or ring mold. Layer biscuits in pan. Sprinkle nuts on the biscuits. Continue until all biscuits are used.

SAUCE: Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 stick melted butter and pour the sauce over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour and unmold (1/2 recipe fills a ring mold and serves 5 to 6).
