BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. filet of beef
1 lg. onion
1/4 lb. butter
1 can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. bouillon

Clean 2 pounds of filet of beef. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes and mix with salt, pepper, and flour. Chop an onion and fry in butter until soft and golden. Remove onion and fry cubes of beef in the same butter. When beef is well browned, return onion and add 1 can mushrooms (with liquid) and 1/4 cup of bouillon. Cook until moisture has evaporated. When ready to serve, add sour cream and heat for 10 minutes; do not boil. This can be served over cooked noodles or rice.
