2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine first 6 ingredients; combine butter, oil, eggs, and rest of ingredients except chocolate chips. Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
