CHEESY POTATOES WITH HAM 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. cut up cheese
1 sm. onion
4 med. potatoes
1 1/2-2 c. chopped ham

Over medium heat, melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth. Cook and stir about 3 minutes, until thick. Add cheese. Turn heat down to low and stir until cheese melts. Slice onion, potatoes thinly. Put onion, potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish. Pour cheese sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
