OVEN FRIED SALMON CAKES 
1 lg. egg
1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Beat egg with a fork in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape in 8 (1/2 inch) thick patties. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once until golden on both sides.
