ZUCCHINI SOUP 
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. Half and Half
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste

In large saucepan, saute' onion in butter several minutes. Add zucchini and water. Simmer about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and whir in blender. Return to saucepan. Add chicken soup, Half and Half and seasonings, and milk. Heat to simmering.
