SALSA 
4 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
2 to 3 tbsp. drained, canned, finely chopped green chilies or more to taste
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. coriander seed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine chili. Serve with tortilla chips.
