MISSISSIPPI MUD BARS 
2 sticks butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. jar marshmallow creme

Melt butter. Add cocoa and sugar. Add eggs, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Add coconut and nuts (optional). Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spread with marshmallow creme.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners' sugar

Melt butter. Add cocoa and milk. Boil 1 minute. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of marshmallow.
