1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Melt butter and chocolate chips in top of double broiler. Add marshmallows and nuts. Place on waxed paper coated with powdered sugar. Roll into loaf and chill.
