BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 pkg. broccoli spears (10 oz.)
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese
3/4 c. milk (might not need all of milk)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. sliced cooked chicken or turkey
Grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare broccoli as directed on package, drain. Arrange in greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine cream cheese and garlic salt in saucepan, let cream cheese soften, but not burn. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour about half the sauce over broccoli. Top with chicken and add remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; then broil until lightly browned.

Substitute frozen broccoli with fresh 1 large bunch; boil; but don't cook all the way done. It will be too mushy.

I use cheddar cheese and grate it about 1/2 inch thick on top. Serves 3.
