2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Add flour enough to make a stiff cookie dough.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins (grind)
1 c. + 2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping tbsp. flour

Cook filling.

Roll out cookies, place a spoonful of filling on each cookie and fold over and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
