ONION BLOSSOM 
6 large Vidalia onions
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 bottle Italian dressing

Peel off outer layers of onion, core the middle, put onion in aluminum foil, leaving room, put one bullion cube in hole. Pour 3 tablespoons of Italian dressing over the whole onion. Finish wrapping with foil, put in baking dish, repeat with the rest of the onions.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour, or until desired tenderness.
