2 chicken breast halves or 2 cans chicken breast 2 qt. water 5-7 bouillon cubes 3 stalks celery with leaves, sliced 2 carrots, sliced Cook in 3-quart saucepan for about 15 minutes until chicken is done. Tear apart chicken. Add 1 1/2 cups thin noodles or 8 oz. homemade noodles. Boil 8-10 minutes until done. 6 servings. Calories 142, fat 1.5 gm, calories from fat 10%, sodium 72.4 mg.
