MEATBALL STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. or, to taste, seasoned salt
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables thawed
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Combine beef, onion, chili powder and seasoned salt. Shape into small meatballs. Brown in large skillet. Drain fat arrange mixed vegetables in skillet with meatballs. Sprinkle with red pepper and more seasoned salt to taste. Pour on tomato sauce cover. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
