MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can English peas
1 sm. can French green beans
1 sm. can pimento
1 sweet pepper, diced fine
1 onion, diced fine
1/2 c. celery, diced fine
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Bring vinegar, sugar, and oil to a boil; pour over corn, peas and beans; let set overnight in refrigerator. Next day add other ingredients and chill.
