1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Put all in blender. Pour in 10 inch pie pan, bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

A crust will form on bottom, a filling in center and coconut will rise to the top.
