CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 cooked chicken, meat pulled off
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
18-20 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 stick butter, melted

Heat chicken soup. Remove from heat and stir ins our cream. Add chicken meat. Pour in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter on top. Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
