HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushroom pieces, drained
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 roll Kraft garlic cheese

Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter. Cook broccoli and drain. Add soup to sauteed ingredients. Melt cheese in microwave and add to soup mixture. Mix in cooled broccoli. Serve in chafing dish with crackers, corn chips, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
