3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs (do not beat)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. undrained, crushed pineapple
3 med. bananas, diced

Mix together by hand in large bowl the first 4 ingredients. Use whip for this and a large spoon after adding the rest. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch greased pan until toothpick comes out free of batter when stuck in the center, 30 to 40 minutes.
